Our room was a first floor room with a kitchenette. Room was outdated and worn, and had an odor to it. Bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Was advised when we checked in that it is an extended stay hotel, which explains why it seemed as though some guests were actually living there.

Every element of our stay was perfect here. Front desk staff and the manager were outstanding. The room was quiet and pristine clean; the location was ideal for visiting Corning and the Finger Lakes region. We loved free use of the laundry machines and the serene outdoor patio. I love having a kitchen in the room and this met our needs perfectly with basic supplies like soap, paper towels, plates, pots, pans cutlery all ready to use. We loved our stay and highly recommend,

Room was good sized for a couple. Kitchen efficiency was handy - full size fridge. We ordered out (Outback Steakhouse next door - 10% discount w key card) but it was nice to have plates/silverware, etc. One bed was super comfortable, the other not so much - felt like there was a hole in one of the sleeping sides. Convenient USBs on the nightstand. Hotel was clean. Everyone friendly. We had a dog with us and our room was right next to the side door, so that was very convenient. There was a nice lawn outside for him to play on. Bathroom was well stocked and good pressure/temp in the shower. Walls did seem to be thin, esp at night - we could hear kids running above us, could hear others in the hallway, toilets flush, etc., but the hotel was pretty quiet overall, so it wasn't really an issue.

I don’t know why I have to write so much but here goes: Our room had cockroaches. The cleaning lady walking around with an unlit cigarette while in the hotel should have tipped me off that this wasn’t a great place to begin with. Told the front desk about the bug issue, they did not act surprised. I get it, it’s a hotel, there’s some risk involved. But when you see them in the day time, there is a HUGE problem.

We were in town with friends for the Corvette Festival. We had a king room with a recliner. Due to my recent knee surgery, the recliner was a blessing! I also asked for a shower chair and toilet riser for our bathroom--no problem! The room was clean and there was plenty of hot water! It was great that we had a full size refrigerator with an ice maker! We had dinner at the Outback Steakhouse next door. We did bring our own breakfast items. We will visit again.
